Vegetarian Drop-Off

Photos: Max Wanger

We get asked a lot what our Drop-Offs look like and we say, "Oh they're so pretty."

But, sight unseen, people have their doubts. Above is an example of a Chef's Choice Vegetarian Drop-Off so you can be the judge.

Holiday Table Styled by Casa de Perrin

Our friends at Casa de Perrin asked us to cook for their holiday party which of course means a gorgeous tablescape is in the cards. Here they used their White Collection and 24 kt gold flatware. They also called in Twig and Twine to do the luscious florals and Found Rentals to provide the adorable table and chairs. We are happy to cook for your holiday meal too as a Drop-Off or Full Service event, menu here. Cheers!

Max Wanger's Three Day Workshop

Last week we did lunch drop-offs for Feet First, a photography workshop with Max Wanger and Blog Shop. Our pals at Yeah Rentals and Shark Pig share an office with Max and Bri so they came out for grub too. For one of the days we served pasta off our new Taco Cart! We had choices of Fresh Raviolis and Cavatelli and Linguini and you choose the sauce, all made right there in front of everyone. It was lots of fun!

My Lovefest of DesignLoveFest

I am obsessed with the blog DESIGNLOVEFEST and I am not afraid to say so. I check on it daily for inspirations and ideas and recommendations, you should too. I had read that it's creator, Bri Emery, had just run a weekend class called BLOGSHOP where she and her partner, Angela, taught people how to edit photos and add flair to their own blogs. They give gift bags and take pics and serve lunch, and for their second class.... they called us to help!

Tal had turned them away ("we're blacked out!"), so did Kristen ("I'm sorry but we have five weddings that weekend and can not accommodate you"), but Matt, my supremely fabulous boyfriend brought their inquiry to my attention, "Babe, isn't this the blog that you are obsessed with?"

YES!! So we made it happen and did a drop-off for their second BLOGSHOP. Here's a little run down...

Chicken Roulade Pizza

Today for a lunch drop-off going out, I was "helping" Matt package when he cut these guys up on our tried but true cutting board and I stopped him, Wait!!!!!!!!

Wouldn't you? I mean they look gorgeous, I had to shoot them. Anyway, now he's going to be late and it's my fault but I just had to share. These taste as good as they look.

Chicken Roulade Pizza with Brinata & Fresh Mozzarella Cheese over a Puree of Fresh Ricotta, Pickled Peppers, and Sweet & Sour Onions.

YUMMO!
