Why do we call our Food Truck's little sister, "The Oaxacan Wagon"? I dunno. She started out as "The Taco Cart" but all us of over here at Heirloom Headquarters kept calling her "The Oaxacan Wagon". No one can really explain, but tacos are rarely cooked off of her and the name just stuck.
