Getting Menus Right




In The Salon, we do a lot of tastings where people who are going to be throwing a sizable event want to sort of get a feel of what we can cook up for them. Before they come in, one of our event planners usually starts by asking questions like "What is your favorite restaurant?" and that way we have an idea of how to create a custom menu that will be really memorable. Our specialty is fresh pasta, but we can do anything and do with our only limitations coming from Mother Nature herself because we don't open cans here at Heirloom. We gather from our own garden and from small California farms who have spoiled us with their bounties that we are delighted to share with you.
