Superior Farms Lamb Rack





A couple weeks ago, we got in 60 racks of lamb for a wedding we did with Bash, Please. When ordering lamb, there is just no comparison to the family owned Superior Farms so that's exactly where we source quality lamb from. Frenched, tomahawk style, and cooked perfectly rare it is an elegant and succulent entree served over braised lamb spetzatino. This farm house wedding of 300 was served this dish family style with whole roasted halibut, seasonal vegetables, and roasted Weiser Farms potatoes. And yes, Lasagna Cupcakes too.... but of course.

Unbutton your trousers, folks, because you won't be able to resist seconds and thirds when these platters arrive at your table.
