It beautifully illustrates the highlights from the menu which featured our Mojave Desert Black Pig Pork Belly Roulade with McGrath Farms Roasted Vegetables and Weiser Farm Potatoes alongside a Lamb Bolognese Lasagna Cupcake. Yum.
