Taz's Beef Roulade

So Taz said we had a Chicken Roulade and a Pork Roulade on our standard menu and it was high time we came up with a Beef Roulade. Matt responded the way he always does, "Sure, Taz, do whatever you want."


And so he did. Pretty, right?
