Pink Baby Shower

It's a Girl!!

.

We just did a Baby Shower where we used beets and berries to color appetizers and desserts a subtle shade of pink to celebrate the upcoming birth of a sweet baby girl.

.

We set up a Cheese Platter with Roasted Vegetables & Salt Roasted Potatoes

.
















































.

Tray passes included:

Wild Mushroom Ragu on Polenta

Short Rib Agnolotti

Twice Baked Potatoes with Creme Fraiche

Spicy Tuna Tartar on a Crispy Risotto Cake

The Buffet consisted of:

Lettuce Wrap Station with choices of Duck Confit, Marinated Vegetables, Grilled Prime Beef Cap Steak, Olive Oil Poached Halibut, Cous Cous Salad

Lasagna Cupcakes in

Roasted Fennel and
Black Tuscan Cabbage

&

Venison Osso Buco
