This time with Maynard James Keenan (ever heard of the band Tool?) of Caduceus-Merkin Vineyards. 

Menu goes like this:

5 Wines, 4 Courses, 20 Bucks.

First Course:  Butter Leaf Salad with Creme Fraich Vinagrette and Soppressata (I love this one!!!)

Second Course:  Eggplant Confit and Sweet Potato Lasagne with Chestnut Honey, Brown Butter and Fleur de Sal

Third Course:  Beef Short Rib Agnolotti with Parmesan Reduction Sauce

Fourth Course:  Roasted Veal Breast with Garlic Lentil Puree and Carmelized baby Carrots
